Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Mr. DePaul oversees XRI’s corporate strategy functions, including identifying and executing opportunities consistent with XRI’s strategic objectives. Prior to joining XRI, Mr. DePaul served as Vice President of QHSE and Regulatory Affairs at WaterBridge Resources during its growth to become the largest water midstream in the Southern Delaware Basin. Before joining WaterBridge Resources, Mr. DePaul spent more than a decade at ExxonMobil and XTO Energy, with a career encompassing a diverse set of roles and responsibilities. Mr. DePaul has over 10 years of HSE, water management operations and leadership experience and also served in regulatory compliance and investor relations roles at ExxonMobil. Mr. DePaul led the initial development of XTO’s water infrastructure and management strategy in the Permian Basin. In this role, covering both the Midland and Delaware basins, Mr. DePaul was responsible for XTO’s full lifecycle water management program, from sourcing, produced water recycling to developing disposal and water handling strategies in the Permian Basin.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
